Shanghai Film and Television Association Technical Seminar was successfully held recently. NxVi's partner exhibited the 4K/8K encoder THEIA T1, as well as the 4ch 4K Encoder/Decoder THEIA T1 MINI at the seminar.
During the demonstration, THEIA T1 successfully encoded the 4K 12G-SDI source signal and seamlessly streamed it to the cloud with exceptional processing stability. Subsequently, the UHD video stream was decoded by THEIA T1 MINI, enabling flexible switching and real-time transmission of images, and presented on a 4K TV screen. With 4ch 4K 60fps 4:2:2 HEVC broadcasting codec performance and innovative design with encoding and decoding, THEIA T1 MINI has demonstrated the potential in various scenarios such as film and television production, and live streaming of large-scale events.
THEIA T1 MINI Encoder/Decoder boasts high flexibility, supporting up to 4 channels of 4K encoding or decoding, and even performing 2 channels of 4K encoding and 2 channels of 4K decoding in parallel. It has USB 3.0 and SD card slots for convenient file storage. Users can easily complete the installation and configuration of the device through the WebGUI. THEIA T1 MINI can effortlessly meet the demands of complex scenarios in broadcasting and television production.
